Cannot open OSD (fixed)

I have everything working with my PS1Digital install now except accessing and controlling the OSD. I can open the OSD by holding the reset button, but cannot move around or exit it from the controller. I cannot open the OSD with the controller shortcut (L2+R2+Square+X+Start). Any ideas of what I should look at before I try switching to my backup flex ribbon for the controllers? Thank you!

I found my issue. I had two solder joints which just needed some more flux and solder. It all works great now.
