Wiidual Blue LED D1 blinking

Hi,
i installed the Wiidual Kit in my Wii.
After connecting erverytime and starting, the Blue LED D1 on the Wiidual Board ist blinking constantly even.
i checked the flexcable connections and there is no short circuit.
What should i check?

The Video works now. But there is no sound.

I don't see any info on what you did check or how you were able to get this working. Having the same issue.
