Scrolling image in 3DORGB

I recently installed Dan's 3DORGB mod in an FZ-10 and I can't seem to figure out how to stop the image from scrolling in 480i? Sync problem? Is there more than CSYNC on the FZ-10? It will lock in 240p if I flip the switch at the right time, but a reset seems to throw off the sync and I have to do it again.

Thanks for your reply. The kit is from Retro Gamer Stuff and I did the install myself. Checked each pin and nothing is bridged. Everything appears to be working great save for scrolling. Encoder is the VP536, and cables are from retrogamingcables.co.uk using the standard 8 pin mini din that comes with the full kit. TV is a Sony BVM and the console is a Japanese model. I can provide pictures if that helps.
