OSD freezes and dreamcast reboots

So, I finished my install this weekend, everything seems to be working fine, I got to play lots of games. Except when I try to check or download the new firmware the OSD seems to freeze and a few seconds later the dreamcast reboots.

How can I get this fixed? Is this an issue with the esp module?
