Only getting signal on one monitor

Hello,

I recently finished my DCDigital install and it's working fine on my bench monitor which is an old 24" Viewsonic monitor. I am not getting any signal when hooked up to any of (1) LG C8 OLED TV (2) Samsung UN55D7000 TV or (3) Monoprice monitor.

Any idea why it is only working on the one screen?

Can you confirm you have the resolution set to 1080p and also forceVGA. That should work on all of those monitors. It might be the 5v feed problem, as some monitors need 5v to turn on. Do you have any pictures of your flex install and the DCDigital board?

Yes it is a 5v issue, seems that diode has been knocked somehow. It just needs to be turned slighly and soldered back on. that will fix all your issues.
