Hi All,
After installing the PS1Digital cables, I checked for bridges and all is fine. I assembled and tested the console to the point of the final assembly in step 5 per the install instructions. The console worked until this point. I played with the PS1Digital settings, updated it, and loaded a game from the Xstation along with verifying I still had audio/video through the OE composite cables. All tests from the instructions were satisfactory with the 3.3v and 5v too.
Now the console will not power on after attaching the top metal plating and console screws.

- The PS1Digital and main power LED will both not turn on.
- The fuses are good.
- I am not getting video from the OE composite cables.
- I reflowed the solder on the GPU flex and double-checked for bridges.
- There is no test pattern while holding reset.
- The 3.3v test point on the PS1Digital is now under 1v
