I had many issues with the audio flex and ruined two cables trying to do the install myself. Eventually ordered a third cable and sent my PS1 to another installer who is more experienced who managed to get the mod working. He tested both HDMI and composite out and it worked fine.Now that I have the unit, HDMI works fine, but on analog output via S-video cables or HD Retrovision component cables I get no audio (video only). Any ideas what I should check at this point? I'm scared to touch the solder joints again on the audio flex for fear of making the HDMI not work again.
