GCLoader compatible with xeno region mod?

Hi, I previously installed a xeno mod device in my PAL gamecube and I was wondering if I need to remove it before installing the GCLoader or if it could stay on. I used the no-wire method so it might be a little tricky to work the pcb. I also might want to reinstall the original optical drive at some point and would want to have the chip again for that. Thanks!

The whole optical drive is removed, so the xeno will be removed too. The GCLoader doesn't need a modchip installed
