DCDigital post install problems

Hi there ...
I just bought one of your DCDigital kits from 8bitmods here in Europe. Sadly I have some problems after the installation.

- I have no video (RGB, Scart) over the normal AV out. The TV switches to that scart input if I turn on the Dreamcast, but I see no picture
- over HDMI I have wrong colors (I guess green is missing) and the picture flickers, you'll find a short video in my Dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/s/c8q9ciwzmnru19p/IMG_3176.mov?dl=0
- I can’t open the OSD, nothing happens if I press the button combination (L&R trigger, X, A & Start)
- the Dreamcast does not boot from my MODE (Terraonion GDEmu) anymore

I checked all the connections on the ICs with a multimeter and they seemed fine.
Hope you can point me in the right direction where so start to fix these problems. At the moment I’m clueless :-(

Looks like there is multiple issues going on. Tackle one at time.

Since you have no RGB/Scart that means there is a bridge on the VCLK/CSYNC/HSYNC/VSYNC lines. Refer to this image and recheck those connections:

Since the colors are off, this is a sign of a bridged connection on the on D0 through D11. Check these pins as well.

I have no idea why it doesn't boot from MODE anymore, does your standard GDROM drive work?
