I have to say, even if there is no freeze or anything the video trough AV cable looks like "shaking" some times, this is maybe the issue. I will buy another DC motherboard and a new flex, I see there isn't any left in stock. Do you know when you will have new ones?

Thanks for the reply ! I unsoldered carefully and locally the flex, cleaned everything and resoldered with lot of flux and as few solder as possible. Unfortunately the behavior is the same... Here a picture before cleaning with IPA :
