    Just checked ps604 with my multimeter and got no "beep" of continuity so I'm thinking I may have blown it. I triple checked my ribbon cables and could not see any bridges. I did go over it again just to be sure but want to avoid ruining it from too much heat. I checked the PS1 Digital board...

    I have the same issue but no clue which fuse could be blown. I read the directions mentioning a fuse could get blown but no indication of which one. I triple checked my GPU flex and it all looks good so I'm a bit puzzled as to why I'm not getting any lights.
