I ended up removing the seperate dfo after realising i would hardly ever use it via analogue output, and also CRT 's dont care about exact timings anyway. Now after removing that i have other issues with sudden video corruption(similar to another poster here) on hdmi and now no signal from hdmi...

Did you manage to solve this? I have an issue virtually identical. Got that same video corruption and my analogue output works but no hdmi....ps1digital light is solid blue internally.
