I actually found the service manual. It has them listed as 47K ohm. Hopefully this will prove useful to anyone who wants to put their console back to stock.

Does anyone know the values of R609 and R610? I have looked at the schematics and cant seem to find them. Ironically, it looks like the schematics jump from R608 to R611.
